Many community broadband projects fall short because of poor planning or lack of grassroots buy in. In 2006 and 2007 Wireless Harlem took the first step and collaborated with top consulting agencies to produce key reports and made them widely available to community groups, local leaders, etc. Our research provides a roadmap that can be duplicated with similar projects.

Documents include: Feasibility Study, Site Assessment and initial Pilot Study. Feel free to download. Modest donation required.
